This is the third book in the Witches of Salem series. The story was very fast paced. It was a lot of fun to read. You never knew what was going to happen next. I loved the emotional ups and downs. This is one not to miss.

A BOUQUET OF ROSES
From Red Roses for
Authors Reviews!

This is a powerful story on its own, but it is only a tiny part of the epic unfolding in this brilliant series. I recommend that you read this book only if you want to be hooked on something that is likely to become a craving. If you read one you will be gasping for the next. This author deserves a bouquet of red roses for the sheer scale and brilliance of something like this!

FIVE CUP REVIEW FROM COFFEE TIME ROMANCE!

WITCH'S HEART is a great second book, to a story line that looks to be a real winner. This book has so much emotion running through it that as a reader you are sucked in from the moment Sage and Hannah set eyes on each other.

The passion and heat between these two characters is so hot it almost sets the pages of this story on fire. The world that this author paints with her words is so real that you almost believe it could be true. This book tells an amazing story you’ll want to read again and again.

4.5 Tombstones from
Bitten By Books!

Witch's Brew is, without a doubt, a delightful read. The personal history and background that slips in every now and then, teases the reader, gradually giving them a broader insight into the secrets hidden within the Wiccan world of Sanctuary.

Also, it is interesting to see the main characters awaken to their true natures and even the steady awareness of their feelings for one another beyond the realm of lust. It is even more interesting to see the motivation behind the antagonists' desire for revenge and their ever growing thirst for evil. This novel has so many twists yet along with those turns come revelations and surprise that even the ending gives a delicious taste of what is to come.

To put it simply, WITCH'S BREW is a delectable tale with an element of wit and charm.

FROM COFFEE TIME ROMANCE

WITCH'S BREW is a wild reading experience. I was lost in the world of Sanctuary right from that start and what starts out as a bit of a comedic romance, grows darker and more sinister especially when some truly horrendous demons come along.

There are so many interesting and well-written characters, but the two that sent chills down my spine were Black Drayke and MeLora Haven. They were so evil, that Tabitha Shay brought out such emotion over their sinister actions that I haven't felt in a long time. Shay has written a truly inventive tale of magic and storytelling that I won't soon forget.

FOUR RED ROSES
From Red Roses for

Lacey Weston is on her latest photographic assignment, outside the small town of Rimrock, Montana. Things are going downhill fast. First she sees a murder, by a man with a badge, and while trying to stay alive she literally runs into the Sheriff of the town, Danger Blackstone. Now if only she could figure out whom she can trust and who she can't she just might come out of this mess alive. Lacey has the penchant of getting into scrapes but this time she has really stepped into it and dragged the sheriff into it as well.

Danger at first thinks he managed to catch one of the vandals in his small town. Instead he is beginning to think he managed to catch a wildcat. His first good look at Lacey has him thinking things he has no business thinking. When she tells him about the murder at first he isn't sure if she is telling the truth or if she just imagined it. After she escapes him, Danger has to track her down just in case she is in as much trouble as she says she is.

Lacey gets caught by a flash flood trying to get away from Danger and is rescued by him instead. Realizing that maybe he can be trusted after he saves her from the murderer, who is now hunting her. Lacey starts to tell Danger the truth and Danger understands the threat is real. It is a race to see if they can get to safety before the murderer catches them.

This book is set in modern times but gives you flavors of the old west. It is full of twist and turns that keeps you guessing what the next mishap will be. It is full of action and comedy and the story moves along at a fast pace. It is interesting to see the characters overcome their misunderstandings of each other and learn to trust one each another.

I give this one 4 red roses

From Out There book review newsletter!

I'm in love with a man named Danger.

Danger is a sheriff who is proudly Native American and ignores his despised Anglo heritage. He is tough, courageous, an Alpha male all the way--except when it comes to the Southern belle who invades his harsh Montana town and his sheriff's office.

Actually Danger is the one who carries her bodily into his office, having thought she was a he who was up to no good. He discovers very quickly that she is definitely a she, and Lacey discovers the sheriff's, ah, masculinity when she holds a gun on him, forces him to strip, and locks him in a cell before stealing his Jeep.

Of course this magnolia blossom who thinks of herself as a shy and retiring lady of the South [a refreshingly lusty lady] has a good reason for doing what she did, having just witnessed a murder where the bad guy looked suspiciously like Danger.

You think you know the rest, right? She runs off in his Jeep, he goes after her, hearts and flowers all around. If that's what you think, you don't know the author. Jaydyn Chelcee gives you a lot more excitement for the mile than many authors, and just as many laughs. You are going to adore Danger's grandparents, you are going to wince at the bullet wound scene, and you are going to gasp when they find...well, what they find. And believe me, when Lacey and Danger finally fall to the adage that opposites attract, you will melt with the sensuality of their union.

Chelcee has that bit of something extra when it comes to description. You think there's nothing new under the sun when it comes to romance scenes? Wrong. Jaydyn Chelcee, both as a contemporary writer and as Tabitha Shay the author of the paranormal/fantasy romance series, The Winslow Witches of Salem, always finds something unique, something special, something fresh, not just in her portrayal of sensuality but in her prose, her characters, and the humour that permeates all her work, juxtaposing light and dark and making both more than they were originally. You'll find more than you expected in 'The Arms of Danger', and isn't that what we would all like?
